Bellingham WA Area Trails - Whatcom County Trails

The Bellingham area has an amazing number of trails, from urban greenbelts and bay front parks, secluded forest trails lush with ferns, and magnificent mountain trails.    Some of the most interesting and beautiful trails are part of the Chuckanut Mountain Trail System with fabulous views of Chuckanut bay and the San Juan Islands.    People come from all over Northwest Washington and British Columbia to visit Larrabee State park and hike the Chuckanut trail system.
